Heart Health Classes

The Heart Health class is offered usually every other month or on an as needed basis. Patricia Baker RD, CDE or Miranda Burgess RD and Aileen Knip RN, CDE speak during the class. The class runs for 2 ½ hours and discusses:

• What your heart health risks are
  
• What the numbers mean
  
• Hypertension
  
• How to eat healthy for heart health
